These interference paints have a wonderful shimmer to them so whether using with a nib or a brush, they always hit the mark. You can use these blended with other watercolours to add some effect or use alone. I personally always use in a cream consistency for calligraphy. These watercolour dot are handmade using mica and binder. During the process there can be minor imperfections such as bubbles or cracks, these are part of the process and do not hinder the quality or use of the product. This is not an item that is intended for use on the skin or to be ingested. Do not let children play with this item. Dot cards will come wrapped in a cellophane packet for protection.
